Social Services & Helping Hand Agencies should have Case Managers on hand to assist you with a voucher…IF (big if) there are any available in our failing economy. Occasionally, the Taxi Cab Companies have a “special circumstances fund” to assist citizens who have a dire emergency transportation need. Otherwise, I’ve been living outside of the boundaries of the City for a few years & don’t know of any other current available services. Sorry.
Have you tried contacting the Salvation Army or PATH?
